The short version
- We do not collect, store or sell any personal information.
- There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins.
- Your game progress and settings are saved only on your device.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which may process device data as described below.
Who we are
Tidal Temple: Nami and the Moon ("Tidal Temple", "the game") is developed and published by DevSol ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you use the game on Android. If you have any questions, write to us at contact@devsol.in.
Information we collect
None. We do not ask for, collect or receive your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any other personal information. The game has no account system and no servers of ours that receive player data.
To remember where you are in the story, the game stores a small amount of data locally on your device: which levels you have unlocked and completed, secrets you have found, and your music and sound volume. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Tidal Temple is free and supported by ads delivered by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show, measure and protect ads, the AdMob SDK built into the game may automatically collect and process information such as:
- your device's Android Advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- IP address, from which an approximate (coarse) location may be derived;
- device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version);
- ad interaction data such as impressions and taps, plus diagnostic and crash data related to ads.
This information is collected and handled by Google, not by us. We do not have access to it in a form that identifies you. Google uses it according to its own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- AdMob data disclosure
Your choices: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, at any time in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some devices). You will still see ads, but they will be less tailored. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland), consent for personalised ads is requested before such ads are shown.
Device permissions
The game requests only the standard permissions needed to load ads: internet access, network state, and the Advertising ID permission. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, files, photos or precise location.
Children's privacy
Tidal Temple is a gentle, non-violent game suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which offers controls for child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help address it.
Data retention & deletion
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Your saved progress lives only on your device: you can remove it at any time by clearing the app's data in Android Settings or by uninstalling the game. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies linked above.
We do not sell, rent or trade any information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
